• DEVELOPING RESTRUCTURING & INSOLVENCY VOLUNTEER EFFECTIVENESS

  • I want to help attract and retain talent in the insolvency profession that fully represents who we are as a community. I want to continue to answer that higher calling. I want to put myself in the DRIVER’s seat!

Thus, I hereby pledge to participate in the College’s DRIVE program to facilitate interaction between Fellows and diverse, mid-level professionals in a manner that encourages dialogue about enhancing one’s career in the insolvency arena. I understand that DRIVE is designed to create a professional development network with and for diverse, mid-level professionals in the insolvency arena.

  • I understand that the Directions for this DRIVE are as follows:

    • Starting as early as July 3, 2023, access the link to the Driver’s Manual contained on the College’s website at the DEI/DRIVE tab after the Fellow login.

    • Select a Rising Insolvency Attorney and/or a Rising Insolvency Financial Advisor that has neither begun nor concluded a DRIVE. Be sure to note your name and the start date of the DRIVE on the Driver’s Manual.

    • Engage in a brief dialogue with the RIA/RIFA, which dialogue should be consistent with the purpose and design of the DRIVE program.  There is information in the Driver’s Manual specific to the selected RIA/RIFA that may assist with ice or other hazards (i.e., icebreakers) when starting this dialogue.

    • Conclude the DRIVE by noting in the Driver’s Manual the day the dialogue occurred.

  • I further understand that, while on this DRIVE, I must abide by the following Speed Limits:

    • Do not disclose any confidential information about the College, including the nomination process.

    • DRIVE is a community service project.  Do not suggest in any way that DRIVE is a pathway to College admission.

    • Do not be discouraged by or critical of awkwardness.

    • Do not forward the link to the Driver’s Manual to anyone other than Fellows who want to put themselves in the DRIVER’S seat.

  • I hereby select the following DRIVER’S status (select one):
