Annual dues for membership in the FMJA are as follows:

Full-Time Magistrate Judges: $360
if paid by Direct Deposit $30.00/month

Part-Time Magistrate Judges: $180
if paid by Direct Deposit $15.00/month

Recalled Magistrate Judges: $100
if paid by Direct Deposit $8.33/month

Retired Magistrate Judges: $100
invoiced annually

New Magistrate Judges taking office after January 1, will pay dues on a prorated basis if pay by check or credit card is selected. Direct Withdrawal option will automatically be prorated.

Please note, that when you retire or would like to stop the direct withdrawal, you will need to contact the AO's payroll office directly to stop the payment.
